GLIO-1 is in the later stages of preclinical development. We anticipate entry into the clinic in 2027, with the potential for pivotal data in 2032 in IDH mutant brain tumors.
Other indications where IDH inhibition has shown the ability to selectively kill tumor cells and improve survival in xenograft models include the following three brain cancers most often found in children:
Typical Age at Diagnosis
Mortality Risk
Typical Time to Death When Fatal
Diffuse midline glioma
Children 5 to 10 years old

- Gliomic is actively exploring potential development in these cancers, too.
